Hill View Infant Academy
Our values underpin everything we do here at Hill View Infant Academy. They shape our curriculum, how we communicate and behave with each other and our constant drive for very high academic standards.
Hill View Infant Academy caters for 3 – 7 year olds, and we are confident that our children have an exciting, fun-filled four years with us that instils them with a love of learning, an enthusiasm, curiosity and motivation that will enable them to be exceptional independent learners.
As an Early Years school our curriculum is carefully planned and is heavily centred around play-based learning. This incorporates continuous provision both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor classrooms are progressive and encourage risk-taking and the development of key characteristics of effective learning. Teaching and learning is active and inspirational, ensuring the basics of Reading, Writing and Maths are firmly embedded.
We are very proud of the independence of our children, which is developed through our school council, anti-bullying crew, green ambassadors and little leaders to name a few.
Our school is committed to providing the best possible opportunities for the children in our care and this means constantly striving to be the best we can be for the children and families we serve.
